Once more, this assumption rests only on some presumptions. The first is the relative resemblance between this utopic city and some projects of Eugen Robick for the city of Urbicande. This city resembles in addition to some plans of Greek or Roman cities and one knows according to a report of Robick to the High Authorities of Urbicande that this one liked to take for example this type of architecture. The second is the fact that it is about a city known as utopic. The recent search undertaken to the "Planet of Visions" of Hanover tends to show that the Utopias would be a science which can be in relation to the world of the Obscure Cities.

Unfortunately, to date, no case attested of Passage nor an index more tangible than the presumptions permitted to establish with certainty the existence of a Passage place to the utopic city of Arc et Senans.
