   The King Albert Barracks is an active military establishment. The interior of one of its closed down buildings, the Dubeucq Block, comprises rooms which are the perfect copy of a part of Museum A. Desombres. In spite of the thorough search carried out at the time of the First Obscure Congress, no satisfactory explanation was found of this phenomenon.
