The obscur file

The citadel of Namur is a big fortress on a promontory called the "grognon" to the confluence of the Meuse and the Sambre. From the outside aspects, nothing could let imagine that any Passage to the Obscure Cities could be possible from there. However, this is in the entrails of it the secret of a Passage could be hidden.

This crossing point was identified by a strange office of investigations by the name of I.S.A.L. Consulting. The significance or meaning of the initials remains unknown. December 10, 1996, this company addresses a file to mysterious sleeping partners.

This folder, under number " CO/NAM001 ", depict underground ways of a citadel and contains as many recesses where a Passage could easily hide. They go even further. Extremely of the assistance of a witness who would not be less than one inhabitant of the obscure continent, company I.S.A.L. goes even until declaring that the Vauban architect would have made arrange the citadel to dissimulate passages there to give access to him leisure the Obscure Cities so much it was large amateur of voyages. It is with great reinforcement of evidence of which a drawing of Robert Louis Marie de la Barque that is established to it near certainty of a Passage place to this location.

However, it seems that company I.S.A.L. Consulting had great difficulty to assemble this folder. Once more, certain authorities would have tried to choke all risks of rumours. But to date the office of investigation has left no trace of existence at all in such a degree that some claim that the office never existed at all and that this file would be only one huge joke.

    This file however exists indeed!
