The citadel of Namur is a big fortress on a promontory called the "grognon" to
the confluence of the Meuse and the Sambre. From the outside aspects, nothing could let
imagine that any Passage to the Obscure Cities could be possible from there. However, this
is in the entrails of it the secret of a Passage could be hidden. This crossing point was identified by a strange office of investigations by the name of I.S.A.L. Consulting. The significance or meaning of the initials remains unknown. December 10, 1996, this company addresses a file to mysterious sleeping partners. This folder, under number " CO/NAM001 ", depict underground ways of a citadel and contains as many recesses where a Passage could easily hide. They go even further.
