In the curent of the year 1998, some unexplained phenomena occurred in all the town of Louvain-la-Neuve in Belgium. Some rather extremely rare phenomena since they appeared not near of a quite precise building but well everywhere in the city. During several days, the town of Samaris seemed to appear in overprinting on certain districts of Louvain-la-Neuve, underlining the geometrical similarity of the latter with those of Samaris. All occurred as if the town of Samaris tried to phagocitate the city of Louvain-la-Neuve as do his emblematic image, the drosera.

A strange silence on behalf of the medias of our world did not make it possible to disseminate the information. Only some "webcam" made it possible to certain obscurologists to study the remote phenomenon.

This phenomenon however ended. As if the town of Samaris had not been able to extend its influence on Louvain-la-Neuve. Unless Samaris became Louvain-la-Neuve without one realizing it...

Addendum:

At the end of the year 1999, the phenomena began again. It is not only any more the town of Samaris which seemed to appear on Louvain-la-Neuve, but many parts of various Obscures cities. Thus, on the main street one could see appearing parts of Xhystos, on the place of sciences appeared buildings of Calvani while Drosera de Samaris continued to appear on the place of the university. The phenomena however did not last and now seem to appear in an unforeseeable way. Webcams although always in place transmits only fixed images and the rumours say that only the Intranet of Louvain-la-Neuve would permit to see the appearances. The authors of the site owner of Webcams decided to name this new city which seems to be essential on Louvain-la-Neuve, Urbicande-la-Neuve. The choice of this name must more be justified by the similarity of the names rather than for that of the buildings which clearly are not those of Urbicande-the-New.
