Notes   

   According to detractors' of the Obscure World, the Northern district of Brussels would be the pretext which would have been used to build completely the myth of the Obscure Cities. The perfect parallelism which exists between the work undertaken with the Northern district since approximately 40 years and those described in the Br�sel album could not, according to these people being the fruit of a so-called space-time parallelism. It can be there only plots created of any part with an aim of destabilizing the authorities by describing, through the "Br�selisation" or "Bruxellisation", some unhappy but well very few mistakes of the past and dissimulating by this fact the splendid achievements brought to this district.

   According to partisans' of the Obscure World, to the contrary, the Northern district would be the place where the expression of the Obscure Continent, and Br�sel in particular would be the strongest. It would be the place there where better than anywhere else the two worlds intermingle. The place by excellence where it became difficult to know if one is on the Clear world or the Obscur one.

   There is there only one step to conclude that there must be a multitude of Passages in this district. It is true that some indices would easily leave it think. Such as for example this artistic representation in form of cube, placed on the corner which does not fail to point out the cube of Robick. Simple artistic work or signal for whom wants to see it of the possibility of a Passage? The questions remain numerous on this subject...
